  • About 5 minutes from the Hwy 89 N exit off I-15 Northbound
  • About 8 minutes from the 2600 S exit off I-15 Southbound

Hours & booking

Appointments are available Monday through Friday. I accept HSA cards and all major credit and debit cards.
